Foundation Hospital Rajana Opened in October, 2005 (Pakistan) Foundation Hospital Chichawatni Opened in Jan, 2009 (Pakistan) Foundation Public School, Pir Mahal Opened in April, 2011 (Pakistan) Ucare Foundation Charity Shop Opened in Jan, 2009 (Glasgow) We work in partnership with government departments, charity organizations and other key stakeholders to deliver equal and affordable access to healthcare and educational services for all the people in need of services in these remote districts. Our Vision To provide quality healthcare and education in order to break the cycle of poverty To create life changing opportunities for needy people Our Foundation Hospitals Foundation Hospital Rajana opened in 2005 in Rajana district Toba Tek Singh, Pakistan Foundation Hospital Chichawatni opened in 2009 in Chichawatni district Sahiwal, Pakistan Foundation Hospital Rajana & Chichawatni treats almost treats 15000 patients per month.
